Thank you for your interest in the photos on the
Broadway Beat web-site. Most of these shots are taken directly from
the Broadway Beat digital footage, shot on location. Where photos are
not taken directly from the footage, they have been taken with
quality digital still cameras.
All photos are original , sole property and copyright of Broadway
Beat and may not be used (including but not limited to reproduction
in any manner and/or for any purpose) without permission*.
Any use of these materials, contrary to this statement, will be
construed and understood as a deliberate violation of all rights
stated and other-wise implied and will be prosecuted to the fullest
extent of any and all applicable laws.

1. Take the photo(s) directly from the site, for use else-where on the Internet, provided the Broadway Beat watermark remains on the photo and credit is given for the source (a mention of Broadway Beat, or a link to the site).
2. At no time may the photos be altered (modified, adjusted, changed, etc.) from their original form and format in any manner other than re-calculation of size (photo-size may be increased or decreased to better fit with the format of the web-page on which it will be used, however). Even so, the Broadway Beat watermark must remain intact as-is on the original file/photo.
3. Failure to abide by any of these stipulations, in part or in whole will constitute a violation of the whole and will be subject for immediate litigation.
4. DO NOT LINK DIRECTLY TO ANY IMAGES ON THE SITE.
Photos may be mailed to you on an IBM-formatted diskette (3.5 inch) in JPEG/JPG or GIF format:
1. Each photo/shot is 2.00$US per format (For example: If you want the same photo in JPEG/JPG and GIF formats, the fee is 4.00$ or 2.00$ for the JPEG/JPG plus 2.00$US for the GIF)
2. For requests for mailing of multiple shots, there is a charge of 1.00US for each diskette over the first.
3. There is an additional charge for postage as follows: 1-5 diskettes 3.20$US, 6-10 diskettes 6.40$US.
4. Photos sent will be as they appear on the Broadway Beat web-site (the watermark will be included)
5. Printed size of these photos will be 8,73cm (3,438 inches) wide by 6,59cm(2,594 inches) high unless other-wise specified.
6. Photos mailed on diskette will not be accompanied by a print unless requested by you and prints will be charged as indicated below under the title "Printed photos may be obtained as follows:".
7. Pre-payment for all requested photos is necessary. Orders will be processed immediately and will be shipped upon banque clearance of personal checks. Orders accompanied by money orders will be processed and shipped immediately upon receipt of request.
8. Payment information:
a.) checks/money orders must be made payable to: Applause Video
b.) Please be sure to properly calculate the full amount of your
order. Orders accompanied by insufficient payments will not be
honored.
c.) checks returned and/or not honored by the paying
banque/institution will incur a 25.00$US fee.
9. Refunds, when necessary, will be made upon return of all materials, in best-possible condition. We reserve the right to retain 10 per-cent of the total amount of the original order for services provided in the processing of the order.
10. Returned materials:
Please request permission to return materials prior to effecting
return. Please be sure to include the reason for the return when
requesting permission.

NOTES:
a.) Postage for the return of materials is the responsibility of the
sender and will be re-imbursed with-in reasonable limits.
b.) Returned materials should be packaged so as to protect them as
best as is possible. We are not responsible for damage caused by
shipping/mailing when packaging is less than appropriate.
c.) Materials damaged due to obvious mis-use/abuse will not be
accepted for return in any event.
Printed photos may be obtained as follows:
1. The cost for each printed photo [8,73cm (3,438 inches) wide by 6,59cm(2,594 inches) high] is 3.00$US.
2. The printed photo will contain the Broadway Beat watermark as shown on the Broadway Beat web-site. Permission to remove this watermark is not, has not and will not be granted.
3. Photos will be printed utilising either Epson or HP printers (printer type/style depends upon availability. We reserve the right to utilise a printer which is available at the time your request is received.
4. Prints will be on commercially-available photo-type stock.
5. Every best effort shall be made to ensure best-possible quality of prints. We are not responsible to the reproduction quality of prints as each may vary.
6. Postage for mailed photos (sent US Postal Service) is 3.50$ for any quantity less than 10 copies. (For quantities of 11 or more photos, please contact us for costs)
7. Adjustments and/or modifications of/to photos are strictly limited to: print size (maximum: 20,32cm x 25,4cm which is 8inches x 10inches) and are billable at additional cost for this service. We are not responsible for print quality where the size of the original photo is enlarged to greater than 200 per-cent of the original file size. (i.e. photos enlarged to greater than 12,7cm x 17,78cm [5x7inches] will tend to lose print quality unless modified and adjusted. Cost for enlargements of this type will be 15.00$US for each photo. This price is inclusive of photo, modification and postage.)
